Annual Meal Plan

Using this plan, parents can pay for their child(ren)'s meals in a one-time payment for the entire school year. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Personal Check, or Cash. The cost for one full school year starting August 30, 2011 is listed below.

*Reflects a 10 meal discount

If your child(ren) attends a field trip, please notify the cafeteria manager one (1) day prior to the event and a bagged lunch will be provided.
 

To enroll your child(ren) by cash, check, or money order:

Complete the Annual Meal Plan Student Enrollment Form for each participating child. Check and money orders should be made payable to Carroll County Public Schools. Remit to CCPS, Food Services Department, 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157. (Please do not send to your child(ren)'s school.)


To enroll your cild(ren) using a Visa or MasterCard:

Call the Food Services Department at 410-751-3040 or 410-751-3087 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, beginning July 5, 2011. If you would like to have your child(ren)'s plan in effect for the first day of school, we recommend that you order prior to August 26, 2011.

 

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON THIS PLAN UNLESS YOUR CHILD(REN) MOVES OUTSIDE THE CARROLL COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM.
