Welcome to CCPS Food Services Deprtment

The mission of the Food Services program of Carroll County Public Schools is to provide its customers with access to a variety of appealing and nutritious meals at an affordable price.  Our dedicated staff of compassionate and caring people will support the education of our children by promoting healthy eating habits.

The Carroll County Public School System participates in the National School Lunch Program/School Breakfast Program. Nutritious breakfast and lunch meals are served each school day. Students may buy meals at the published school prices. Meals are also available free or at a reduced price for those who qualify.

Carroll County Public School's Food Services Department is located in Room 207 of the Winchester Building at 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157.
Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
