Proposed Budget

At its February 11, 2015 meeting, the Board of Education adopted its preliminary FY 2016 Operating Budget and request for county funding.

The adopted budget is identical to the Superintendent’s Proposed Budget on the expenditure side and makes only one change on the revenue side, increasing the county funding request by $2.3 million and decreasing projected State funding by the same amount.  This is to offset a higher than expected decrease in State funding in the Governor’s proposed State Budget.

Here is the presentation given to the Board before their action.

The Superintent's Proposed 2015-2016 Operating Budget is available to view.
