Carroll Educational Television is Carroll County Public School's educational access channel. CETV is a division of Community and Media Relations and is located at the CCPS central office building, the Winchester Building, at 125 North Court Street in Westminster, Maryland. CETV offers a video bulletin board for school announcements, educational programming, and staff development videos. CETV provides: information about the school system, live board meetings, local in-house productions, programs that supplement the instructional program and programs of general education interest to the public.
