Contact Brenda Bowers at blbower@carrollk12.org with your information. Q How can I get my school event/outstanding student accomplishment/activity on CETV Newsmakers: On the Positive Side? A Contact CETV at channel21@carrollk12.org or (410) 751-3493 to let us know of your event. We will take the idea to a staff meeting for review. Q Can Channel 21 come out and tape my school's music or theatre performance? A Due to the large number of schools in our system, Channel 21 does not tape performances at individual schools in an effort to give fair coverage to each school.
