Feedback on Proposed Revisions to School Calendar Policy

The Board of Education of Carroll County is seeking feedback from the community regarding proposed revisions to Board Policy ICA: School Calendar. The revised policy provides a standard, consistent method of creating the school calendar each year. The standard calendar parameters outlined in this policy are consistent with the 2009-2010 school calendar approved by the Board at its October 7 meeting.
The proposed policy revisions are posted on the school system’s website at http://www.carrollk12.org/assets/File/CCPS%20News/calendarpolicy.pdf Comments may be sent to email@example.com by December 3, 2008. This item will be returned to the Board for action at its meeting on Wednesday, December 10, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in Room 007 of the Board of Education offices, located at 125 North Court Street in Westminster.
