Partners for Success Center to Offer Workshop on Accommodations and Modifications for Students with Disabilities

The Carroll County Public Schools Partners for Success Center is offering an informal discussion of accommodations and modifications for students with disabilities on Thursday, November 11, 2010, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Carroll Springs School. The types of accommodations and how they look on an IEP will be presented. Tool and fact sheets from the Maryland Accommodations Manual will be used for hands-on activities. Teachers, parents, paraprofessionals, and special education team members are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
