WHS Places 1st in Bands of America Competition

The Westminster High School Marching Band competed in the Bands of America (BOA) Marching Band Competition at Towson University on Saturday, October 10, 2009. The band placed first in the competition and is the only band in Maryland to earn this prestigious title.
