CETV Newsmakers: On the Positive Side – The first episode for this school year introduces co-hosts Moira Thompson and Taylor Kleiner, as they tell us about interesting stories taking place in Carroll County Public Schools. In this episode, we highlight opening day at Manchester Valley High School, the opening of the Westminster Skate Park, a STEM activity day at Hashawha, and photos of CCPS summer camps. You can watch this episode every day at 8 a.m., noon, 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on CETV – Channel 21. 
A Conversation with Dr. Ecker – This month Dr. Ecker gives updates on some important aspects of the school system, including the budget, next year’s school calendar, FluMist, and precautions for the H1N1 virus. Do you have a question you would like Dr. Ecker to answer? Tune in to the show to find out how you can get your questions answered on the air. You can catch Dr. Ecker’s program every evening at 7:30 p.m. on CETV – Channel 21.
Instructionally Speaking with Steve Johnson – Tune in to the latest edition of this program with the Assistant Superintendent of Instruction to find out about the important things going on in the school system. This month’s guest is Margaret Pfaff, Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Staff Development. The show focuses on how and why curriculum is developed and changed within the school system. You can see this program every day on CETV – Channel 21 at 8:30 a.m. 
Inside the School System with Steve Guthrie – In this program, the Assistant Superintendent of Administration helps the community understand what goes into making the school system work from the administrative side. In this month’s episode, Mr. Guthrie explains the FluMist vaccine, why we need it, and how it will be used. You can see his program every day on CETV – Channel 21 at 2:00 p.m.
